Head Coach /Owner
Trish has been following the CrossFit methodology for 10 years coaching CrossFit for the last 9. She brings all her experience to Prospect CrossFit as Owner and Head Coach
She grew up in Wyoming, moving to Colorado in 1988, and is a mom of two daughters. She has always been active and discovered CrossFit while teaching boot camp classes. It was a life changing experience. She credits CrossFit with affecting every aspect in her life in a positive way. When confronted with a challenging task, CrossFit has given her the ability to face it with self-confidence, drive & determination. Trish believes the CrossFit philosophy is applicable in all aspects of life for every age and fitness ability. She is driven by her love for the CrossFit community and strong desire to help others find what challenges them, reach their goals and become improved versions of themselves.

Emily comes to Prospect with a few years of CrossFit experience both in Boulder and Broomfield, CO. She did not grow up playing a sport. She did not exercise. In fact, when her journey to fitness and health began in 2007 she found herself in her mid-twenties, dangerously close to 300lbs with the threat of a number of other health issues. She decided one morning she no longer wanted to live that life. Every day since then she takes steps towards being her most positive, healthy and fit self.
It was through the process of losing more than 100lbs that she fell in love with CrossFit. The idea that at any time, any age, any circumstance, a person can become an athlete through hard work and dedication to the process was what truly drives her to want to help people live a better life. She is devoted to guiding people of all ages in developing strong healthy and confident lives through fitness and nutrition. She didn’t have those lessons for most of her life and wants to be able to give that gift to as many people as she can.
And on a fun note, Head Coach (and Owner Trish) was one of Emily’s first CrossFit Coaches and it was learning from her in the beginning that helped Emily to develop a strong foundation for a career in coaching later.
