Gymnastics Strength Day!

6×5 Negative HSPU 7’sec lower (kick up,lower, kick down, use box for scale)

6×10 Support Shrugs. Pause 2’s at top. Add weight if needed. (on rings or tall boxes)

6×3 Negative Pull up- 3’s chin over, 3’s at forehead, 3’s half way

6×10 Single leg TTB alternating

3×20 OH Barbell Sit up -add weight if needed.
