SKILL: Accumulate 5:00 of Hang time. Active shoulders, on pullup bar and/or rings. Mix it up. L-hangs, tuck hangs, hollow.

Accumulate 5:00 Upside down. handstands, One arm handstands, Handstand walks. OR Work on getting a handstand!!
