3. 2x 8 Kip Swing

5. 2×3 Kip CTB Pullups

 

STRENGTH: Front Squat 3-3-3 with 3sec pause at bottom

WOD:

6 Rounds

:90 5 Thruster + max Double Unders

1:00 rest and add weight to thruster
