Min 3-6: 2 rounds of 10 P Clean and 10 CTB Pullups

Min 6-9: 2 rounds of 12 P Clean and 12 CTB Pullups

Min 9-12: 2 rounds of: 14 P Clean and 14 CTB Pullups…. etc

L2: 95/65, chin over, assisted

L1: 65/45, assisted, ring rows

Beginner:  Scale weight, 5/5, 7/7, 9/9 ring rows

If cannot complete, continue working thru 12:00 mark with the reps you could complete.
