Team of three workout! SANDBAG CANNOT TOUCH THE GROUND OR FLOOR!!**

800m Sandbag/slam ball carry. May divide up however but each member must carry at least 30 steps.

One person is always holding the sandbag:

60 Calories on the rower (each partner must do at least 10)

60 Synchronized burpees (each partner must do at least 10)

60 Synchronized Air Squats (each partner must do at least 10)
