20 Wall Climbs - Partner Holds a goblet squat until all 20 are completed 

100 WallBalls - Partner Holds two Kbs until reps are completed

100 Slam Balls - Partner holds a chin over bar or hang until reps are completed 

100 OH Lunges - Partner holds a plank until reps are completed.

20 Wall Walks - Partner holds a goblet squat until all reps are completed.
