12 minute AMRAP
2 rounds of:
50 feet weighted walking dumbbell lunges (35/50)*
16 toes to bars
8 dumbbell power cleans (35/50)**

Then, 2 rounds of:
50 feet weighted walking dumbbell lunges
16 bar muscle ups
8 power cleans

*two dumbbells, one in each hand, dumbbells must be on shoulders while lunging
**power clean both dumbbells up to shoulders

Record each time you finish the set of power cleans, the last completed set of power cleans is your tiebreak time.

Every 5 feet of lunges = 1 point

You must turn around at the 25 feet marker to complete your 50 feet of lunges 

L2: 45/25, Toes to bar, Chest to bar pullups

Open Scaled: 35/20 knees to chest, Chin over pullups

L1: 25/15, Knees to Chest, Jumping Pullups
