Team of four. Cannot advance until the person in front of you has completed the movement.

200m Plate Run 25/25

20 OH walking DB Lunges 35/20

15 Handstand pushups or 20 HR pushups

5 Burpee Box Jump Overs 30/24

15 Hang Power Snatch 75/55

2 Rope Climbs *scale to 6 pull to stands


We will be practicing rope climbs before the workout. Be sure to wear long socks!!
