L1: Toes on box assisted pull-ups  and band assisted pushups


LOVE Rachel's face on this one!! Great work with the dumbbells today! Both Jeremy and Adam completed the 70 pounders and Ashlee finished with 55lbs! Everyone tried heavier than they thought they could. Some  got it and some failed. WHICH IS AWESOME!! Sometimes we stay "safe" and not push our limits. There are times to go for it and you might surprise yourself!!
