Back squats - 1 warm up set of 1x5 then 8@80%, 6@90%, 4 @ 100%, 4@ 105%

Front Squats- 5@70%, 4@80%, 3@90%, 3@100%

PLEASE have your numbers ready to go when you arrive at the gym!!!

5 Hollow Rocks + 5 V-ups (don't come out of hollow between)

10 Good Mornings @ Pendlay Row weight
