Three attempts at a 1 rep max of the following lifts:
In that order. You will take the best lift of the three attempts and add together for your total. (you don't have to do all three attempts)
About 15:00 per lift. You will warm up your lifts then you must declare each of your attempts. Most people finish the press early and you can move on to the Deadlift. If you need extra mobilization, please come early.
