5-km Row

Depending on the size of class, We'll work on some gymnastics skills before or after your row!

 

(20+ min.) Perform Gymnastics Skills (complete anyhow in any order)
10 Inverted burpees
– Scale to 10 Candlestick to Kick Ups — Roll to get up

100-ft Handstand Walking
– Scale to 40 Cherry Pickers — 10 Round the World on a Box (5 one way, 5 the other way)

5 + Practise Headstand Holds
– Use ab-mats under the head.
